Who can access your services?

We support adults living in supported housing, HMOs, temporary accommodation, or at risk of homelessness.

Do you charge for your services?

We are usually commissioned by housing providers or councils. Some services may be free or low-cost depending on individual circumstances.

How do I refer someone?

Visit our Contact page or email us directly. We accept referrals from providers, GPs, support workers, or individuals themselves.

Are your staff trained?

Yes. All our support workers are DBS-checked and receive regular training in safeguarding, housing law, and mental health.

Do you offer emergency or out-of-hours support?

We are not an emergency service, but we can respond to urgent tenancy issues during working hours and coordinate with crisis teams.
